01MISO is a small Japanese-American restaurant that's been on Foothill Boulevard for years. One kitchen, a short menu, no shortcuts. The miso soup base is built from scratch every morning and simmers through service.
02We serve ramen (tonkotsu, shoyu, miso, spicy), donburi bowls (chicken katsu, tonkatsu, beef, salmon), curry rice plates, and a short list of starters. Lunch portions are smaller and priced for it.
